Yes to all of your questions (except maybe the one about peanuts. That, I don’t know). Your erection is an excellent barometer of your overall health. Exercise will help you.

Yeah, being fat will cause you erection problems. I heard that eating watermelon can help you get a good erection, so try watermelon and see if that works for you. So lose some weight and eat some watermelon.

It happens to the best of us, men: arousal but no lift… interest but no erection. When a man can’t get it up, the experience for him and his partner falls somewhere between awkward and utterly mortifying. I’ve even heard of men not calling women back because they were so ashamed of their inability to keep things on the up and up. (I actually did this myself when I was suffering from “erectile dysfunction”)
Because men are so sensitive about it, and because it’s about as embarrassing a moment as he can experience, it puts the woman in a really tough spot. This whole situation is messed up, there is no need for either person to be worrying during sex. Sex is supposed to be a fun activity, if you and your partner are not having a good time having sex and foreplay than you shouldn’t be doing it at all. It is sad to see how many men let their brains take over and disable them from having sex.
Most of the time, when a man experience this problem of not becoming hard they will go online to see what is wrong, or even go to the doctor. 99% of the time, the signs will be pointing to erectile dysfunction which is, when a man can’t get hard or goes soft during or before sexual intercourse.
The reason most of men come to the conclusion that they have erectile dysfunction is because everything and everybody points toward that. If you go see a doctor they will tell you that erectile dysfunction is the diagnosis because they can simply prescribe you some expensive drugs and be done with that case.
Erectile Dysfunction is not something worth worrying about all the time, it is something that can be cured very quickly and easily. There are two simple steps that can be taken to make sure you never go soft again. Read the report at http://www.GetErectNow.com
