What’s the cause of this palpitation? The underlying reason might effect your ability to attain an erection. There are a number of possibilities that can cause erectile dysfunction, both psychological (depression, anxiety etc) and physiological (diabetes, hypertension etc). But you already mentioned you don’t have any health issues so I’d definitely like to know more about why you experience palpitation.
