That’s a really hard one to answer simply because different people respond differently to different supplements. Even worse is that the products that help with passion uphold that even more.
Of all the products that we carry for passion, there isn’t a just few that stand out as “the most popular”…. there are actually a good dozen that are about equally as popular and each one works very well for different people. You can try Tribulus Testeris, Maca, Tongkat Ali (also Longjax… same herb in different potencies), Catuaba, Yohimbe (be careful if you have heart trouble or high blood pressure with this one), Avina Sativa, L-Arginine, L-Citruline, or DHEA.
Whew, that’s a mouthful. Quite literally, each and every one of those have a large number of customers that swear by them for various aspects of sexual health. I’d suggest trying one of them for a month to see how it works for you, then switch to another for a month to see how that works for you, etc, etc.
Yes, it may take some time, but aside from asking a doctor that knows about supplements, that’s the only real way to find out which would work best for you in particular. Good luck!

My husband had the same problem he takes the HR insulin and the pill. He’s a 120 lbs. overweight and was in denial & (a liitle depressed)of the entire situation. He has high colesterol and high blood as well. The doctor told him his testosterone level was very very low. He needed to exercise lot and of course lose some weight to increase the testosterone level naturally. Well, first the doctor prescribed him some hormone gel that he would rub on his chest when he took a shower. He tried viagara first and then cialis(he’s not taking these two anymore). He does eat oysters alot right now. Now he’s alot better. He has a very very high sex drive now and he’s 39 years old.

Controlling his blood sugar as much as possible and keeping A1c levels <6.5 will help with all complications of DM. Keep regular appts with his doctor and have his BP checked and labs done at least every 6 months. Viagra or Cialis is often prescribed. I don’t know of any natural supplements, sorry.

Try arginine. It is a close “cousin” to the prescription drug viagra. Both create NO in the body which works to dilate blood vessels.
