As far as I know, all recreational drugs cause erectile dysfunction. As a matter of fact, even many medicinal drugs cause erectile dysfunction which includes antidepressants, antihypertensives etc. I know about codeine which is an opiate and if above on a regular basis, it can lead to erectile dysfunction that can last for months.

The little fairy that every man has that flys around you and gives you raging erections during school and while your grandmother is fixing your pants zipper.
"Take me erection fairy! Bring me the erection."

In my experience back in the day, opiates caused me to have temporary erectile disfunction after short term use.
I could function, just not at 100% for the 1 or 2 days following opiate use… more like 60%
I rarely ever did cocaine, and when I did, sex was the last thing on my mind so I wouldnt be able to answer the question.
Opiates definately affect you though.
