No it can’t come and go get your husband to his local doctor. If he doesn’t get it sorted when it comes it will be harder in the future. Good luck!

He needs to make some lifestyle changes. No smoking – no chewing – no dipping – no beer/ale – no booze & no drugs. ALL of these can interrupt blood flow to his penis resulting in diminished libido & cause erectile dysfunction or impotence.
Stress can also cause malfunction at the junction.
