Hey Han,
I am hoping that your ED was diagnosed by a doctor and not self-diagnosed. If it was self-diagnosed I’d head to the doctor and see exactly what’s up. You don’t say how old you are or anything about your physical condition but there are a lot of things that can affect your ability to achieve an erection IE certain prescribed medications, certain health conditions, smoking cigarettes, alcohol/recreational drug use, stress, not enough rest… And the list goes on.
FOr any prescribed meds you may be taking you can look through a PDR (Physicians Desk Reference) for sexual side effects but do NOT change any dosage or stop takig any meds without talking to your doctor first!
Quitting smoking now will go a long way towards better health and sexual functioning.
Moderation is the key for alcohol/recreational drugs. If you find you’re having problems modifying your behavior you might need to get some help.
If it’d been a while since you’ve seen a doctor? Now’s the time. Make an appointment and GO!
O.K. If you were diagnosed and do indeed have ED consider this…
I’d start working on other skills and above all be honest with any potential partners.
A good book for you to have: “The Good Vibrations Guide to Sex” it’s available from Good Vibrations or goodvibes.com and has a lot of information you may find useful. People find many different ways to express themselves sexually that don’t involve an erect penis.
A relationship between two people can and does involve a LOT more then just sex.

Relax – Your nervous system operates in two modes. When the sympathetic nerve network is dominant, your body is ‘on alert’. Nerves shuttle your blood away from your digestive system and penis and into your muscles. This occurs when you become anxious. When you are relaxed, your parasympathetic nervous system takes over. Signals that travel along this network will direct the arteries and sinuses of the penis to expand and let more blood flow in.
Yoga and Meditation – Yoga and meditation can reduce the effects of stress and relieve anxiety about the condition. Yogasanas such as dhanurasana, sarvangasana, and halasana are considered highly beneficial.
Medications such as Viagra and Sildenafil increase blood flow to the penis which enhances sexual performance.
Although these drugs can help to treat the problem, they have some adverse side effects which include headache, upset stomach, flushing and vision problems and even cardiovascular problems.
More serious conditions such as low blood pressure and heart attacks may occur as a result of these side effects
There are also a number of natural and holistic treatments such as nutritional supplements, herbal remedies and acupuncture that are highly effective in treating impotence. A variety of herbs have been identified as having strong aphrodisiac properties along with the ability to improve sexual functioning and overall systemic health.
Herbs such as Epimedium grandiflorum, also known as Horny Goats Weed are natural sexual stimulators that encourage performance and testosterone production. Tribulus terristis contains aphrodisiac properties and also promotes muscle strength and prowess.
One of the most well known herbs, Eleutherococcus senticosis which is also known as Siberian ginseng, promotes male or ‘yang’ energy, aids circulation, supports natural vitality and also acts as an overall systemic supporter.
In addition, Smilax ornata (also known as Sarsaparilla) is used as a supportive tonic for male genital development while Kola vera combats fatigue and increases energy levels. Be sure to source your natural remedies from reputable companies to ensure maximum safety, efficacy and therapeutic dosage.
