Start eating healthier. Most cases of erectile dysfunction can be controlled by proper cholesterol and blood pressure.

It definitely could be a reaction to the medication. I would let your doctor know, he might be able to switch medications so that this won’t happen. If you notice no change, however, after getting new medication, you may have developed erectile dysfunction. It can happen at any age. Good luck.

Hey dude, I’ve recently had that problem myself (I’m 34). First of all, definitely get off the drugs. I went to a Chinese acupuncturist who had a herbal remedy and within a week – boinggg!!!. Keep of the booze and coffee as well, get lots of sleep and exercise. That’s really what it all boils down to – a highly functioning endocrine system.
But mate, seriously, about the second half of your question, that’s what’s SUPPOSED to happen. You go for a bit, you ejaculate, then you get it up again and you last an hour. And don’t worry if you don’t orgasm. I deliberately went a week stopping myself from having one with my partner and the next time I had one, it felt like my first!

Impotence and inability to achieve orgasm are among the most common side-effects of Paxil. Talk to your doctor about changing the dosage or otherwise changing your medications to reduce this problem.

Yes, have the conversation with your doctor and insist on what you want for a switch.
