If you drink heavily or do drugs, that could cause sexual dysfunction. It could be psychological also.
Find the cause and it will go away.

The more you think about it, the worse it will get.
If you are that worried, talk to a doctor. You could have something not quite right, such as a blood circulation problem etc, so that would be the right thing to do.
Otherwise, it is thinking about it that makes it worse.

Define “normal”? If by normal you mean a healthy male in his 20′s with no serious medical conditions then no ED in your 20′s is not normal.
But ED can be caused by sooooo many factors – mood, depression, anxiety, drugs (legal or not), chronic alcoholism, smoking, being over weight or diabedic, diet, lack of exercise…. I could keep going! Even anemia is on the list of things that can cause ED.
So if you are not a person with serious health problems you really should talk to a urologist right away. If you do have a medical condition, talk to your doctor about what you can do to manage it in order to have a better sex life.
PS
I noticed you said that you practiced jelqing for a month – that’s probably the answer. And its also exactly why I tell people that jelqing is not a safe way to enlarge your penis. You should still try to see a urologist and just hope that the ED is not permanent or caused by something else.
