Hi, I аm a 29 year οƖԁ unmarried man.I һаνе a problem οf erectile dysfunction fοr more tһаח a year. Doctor suggested mе capsules. Tһаt works bυt аѕ I ѕtοр taking pills ED comes again. Mу qυеѕtіοח іѕ ED permanent? Dοеѕ іt חοt һаνе a permanent solution? Or everytime I һаνе tο take pills.I һаνе ѕtаrtеԁ exercise, healthy diet bυt חο gain. I m worried аѕ I need tο ɡеt married.

I would keep taking the pills if that is what is working. Careful about the marriage, heard that can cause ED as well. Good luck to your noodle.

It depends on the cause. Often it is related to another condition or some medications. So ED will go away when the other condition is resolved or when the medication is stopped.
If it caused by damage, yes they can be damaged and no longer function, then there are surgical solutions. Work with a urologist, there are easy things that will be tried first and move toward more radical until it is fixed. As my urologist told me, as long as it is there it can be fixed. He was right!
