Un-controlled old diabetic gradually have the problem of erection associated with other complications because of some endocrinic secretional problem in the body system.
The situation gets even more worse if he/she is a smoker.
The only way of reducing/minimising the problem is to keep diabetes under control and giving up smoking forever.
