Bike riding, speed walking, jogging. Exercise has been shown to help with ED.

any cardio work out will raise your heart rate. It wont help your ED though at least it hasnt helped my spouse.
But Viagra…….now that helped!

Stress mil or better to consult a cardiologist who will show you which exercise is the best for your condition and he will provide you treatment too.
