They won’t work even if you aren’t diabetic, and don’t have erectile dysfunction. If they really worked, don’t you think we would all be running around with 12″ penises?

In a word, no. The pills work by increasing blood flow to the penis, so (good ones) probably have the effect of giving you stronger erections, but they will not give you any extra size – whether you have diabetes or not.
